I recently found out that I have diabetes and I am not excited.
Since I am only 30 years old, I absolutely have to learn to take better care of myself.
The doctor said that I should watch what I eat everyday as well as exercise respectfully. I joined a gym recently as well as I have a proper fitness routine. I try to eat healthy as much as I can, however it is often a chore. I rarely have time to sit down as well as eat a proper dinner. As a tied up heating as well as cooling worker, I am extremely consistently on the go. I am always moving from a single job to another, sometimes across town. Some afternoons I might drive around to multiple or several different places throughout the state. Other afternoons, I might work on the same job venue all morning and afternoon long. Periodically I get to take dinner when I want to, as well as periodically I won’t eat until the job is done. It often depends on my schedule. I came back to the lake house after a few afternoons as well as my blood sugar was terribly out of whack at that point. My bestie told myself and others that I cannot keep missing meals with my new diagnosis. I believe that the doctor would agree. Since I never have a handle on where I will be, my bestie decided to start packing a dinner kit to take along with me every morning. I have a few different protein filled snacks with me now, such as granola bars, fruit, peanut butter as well as jelly sandwiches. Ever since I started taking food to eat, my blood sugar levels have been better and I have been a better HVAC technician, in turn.
