I didn’t understand this until he suggested simply getting a ductless mini-split plan or a window cooling system with a floor heater
My tarantula obsession began when I picked up a funny little rose hair tarantula from a pet store on a whim. Now I have about 50 pet tarantulas, and i also have a list of at least 40 more tarantulas that I would care to add to my collection. I’ve decided to convert my garage into a tarantula lair, however the garage does not have any Heating, Ventilation, and A/C ductwork or vents in it. While makes sense- cars or storage items generally don’t need heating & air- my tarantulas do. I’ve called a few local heating plus a/c companies for quotes regarding extending my existing ductwork into the garage, the heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist who come over often tell me that I need to get a bigger Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan to handle the additional space. I admit I don’t want to do that. That would cost a lot of cash, and I don’t have thousands of dollars to spend on this project. Also, any cash spent on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, is cash I don’t have to spend on getting myself more tarantulas. Luckily, one Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier suggested that I get a separate Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan for my garage. I didn’t understand this until he suggested simply getting a ductless mini-split plan or a window cooling system with a floor heater. That put me to thinking. I’ve now looked into both ways, and I am really not sure which is better at this point, but I feel it makes more sense to just get a separate heating plus cooling plan for my garage instead of a completely new plan for my whole house. For sure these ways should cost me less too.
